Powering your journeyGear in Blade & Soul Neo - from weapons to insignia - powers your combat prowess. Progression depends on upgrading items with materials, RNG-based enhancements, and strategic stat choices, all accessible through dungeons, crafting, and merchants.
Weapons: Evolution and stats
Weapon Tiers
Basic form: Obtained from dungeon drops or crafted via the Transmutation menu using basic resources (e.g. brin).Awakened Form: Upgraded with transformation stones, increasing attack power and stats.True Form: The final stage, requiring rarer mats and maximising power and effects.Upgrade System
RNG-based: Each upgrade has a chance (e.g. 30% success, 70% failure). Failure stacks up "pity" points, increasing the odds up to 100% success.Stat lines: Two random stats (e.g. Critical Strength, Evasion). Prioritise:Critical rate: Target 50-55% (2,500-3,000 points) due to diminishing returns.Critical damage: Boosts critical power, key for DPS.Piercing: Ignores defence, vital against high defence foes late in the game.Accuracy: Ensures hits land, less critical early on.Slots
